The Lumineers’ breakthrough hit “Ho Hey” spent 25 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 and went all the way to No. 3. We haven’t heard much from them since promotion behind their self-titled 2012 debut wound down, but that’s all about to change.
Today (Feb. 5), the neo-folkers announced plans for their sophomore effort. It’s called Cleopatra and it’s due April 8 via Dualtone Music Group.
But that’s not all. They’ve also shared a sampling of the new record called “Ophelia.” Do you hear a little (or a lot) or “Ho Hey” when the chorus kicks in? Listen for yourself:

Finally, the trio has announced a bunch of worldwide tour dates in support of Cleopatra. The trek kicks off April 14 in Bristol, England and reaches North America in time for a May 21 concert in Houston.
