Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga (real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta) was born and raised in New York City. Her birthday is March 28, 1986, and her height is 5'1". She got her start playing music at clubs in the Lower East Side, and eventually began to write songs for artists such as Britney Spears, Fergie, New Kids on the Block and others before she got her own record deal. Gaga eventually signed to Streamline Records, a joint venture with Interscope, and released her debut studio album, 'The Fame,' in 2008; it peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 in January 2010. The album's first single was a hit, topping the Hot 100 for three weeks, while second single "Poker Face" also reaching the summit. Gaga has since released numerous No. 1 albums, including 2011's 'Born This Way,' 2013's 'ARTPOP' and 2020's 'Chromatica.' She's also had major album collaborations that have hit No. 1: 2018's a 'A Star Is Born' soundtrack with Bradley Cooper, and 2014's 'Cheek to Cheek' with Tony Bennett, with both projects winning Grammys, and her song "Shallow" from the 'Star Is Born' soundtrack winning the best original song Oscar and Golden Globe in 2019. The singer has also earned accolades for her acting, including best actress Oscar and Golden Globe nods for her role as Ally in 'A Star Is Born,' and another Globe best actress nomination for her portrayal of Patrizia Reggiani in 2021's 'House of Gucci.' In 2015, she was named Billboard's Woman of the Year for Women in Music.
