The multi-faceted BTS never shy away from performing music by other artists. The septet has regularly served up covers of hits from both South Korean and western artists, whether through their social media accounts or while performing on television, and even remaking older songs.

BTS’ youngest member impressed viewers through his rendition of BIGBANG’s 2015 track.
Charlie Puth and Selena Gomez’s “We Don’t Talk Anymore” by Jimin and Jungkook
Puth had previously tweeted about a version sung by Jungkook alone, saying that he loved the cover. Jimin joined Jungkook on this second cover variant of the song.
Epik High and Young’s “Umbrella” by RM and Kuwahara Yuiko
The pair performed together in 2016 at the Duet Song Festival, nearly a decade after the 2008 hit was released.
Jung Joon Il’s “Hug Me” by V and J-Hope
V and J-Hope took on “Hug Me” by Mate’s Jung Joon Il to kick off BTS Festa, a two-week celebration leading up to BTS’ second anniversary in June 2015.
Justin Bieber’s “2U” by Jungkook
The most prolific cover singer in BTS, Jungkook has declared himself a fan of Justin Bieber on several occasions. Bieber and BTS are the only two artists to ever take home the top social artist award at the Billboard Music Awards.
Ra.D’s “Mom” by Jin
Jin shared a heartfelt letter for his parents, and performed a cover of Ra.D’s “Mom” as a gift for Parents’ Day in 2015.
Seo Taiji & Boys’ “Come Back Home” by the whole band
This remake of Boys’ 1995 came out of Seo’s 20th anniversary album project in 2017.
Coldplay’s “Fix You” by the whole band
The boys took a seat on stools for their 2021 MTV Unplugged Presents: BTS for a meditative run through Coldplay’s 2005 classic “Fix You” in February 2021.
