Excision is doing the most for bass music fans. Since 2017, he’s booked the ballsiest, most brutal DJs and producers for a three-day dinosaur-themed music festival in Ohio called Lost Lands, and this year’s third installment enlists more than 100 mad musicians.
He’s got scene stalwarts 12th Planet, Rusko, Borgore and Doctor P up against up-and-comers including 1788-L, Whipped Cream and Peekaboo. Heavyweights Zeds Dead are on the lineup, as are Nghtmre, Downlink, Eprom and his own favorite young gun Dion Timmer. There are a couple fo back-to-back sets planned between Slander and Spag Heddy, as well as the master of ceremony, Excision, and his friend and collaborator Illenium. Of course, Excision tops the bill with a promised two-hour set.
