“Hello suckers,” shouted Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) as she walked out on stage for a surprise appearance at the “Glee Live! In Concert!” performance at East Rutherford, NJ’s Izod Center last night (June 16).
Cheerios were passing paper bags out to the crowd, while Sue explained: “These are barf bags. The show is that bad, folks.” And with that, “Glee Live!” was off, with the cast jumping into the show’s anthem — Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’.”
And that’s why, according to Sue Sylvester, “[The Glee kids] have five more Billboard [Hot 100] hits than Elvis — and I don’t even know who that is.”
