Regardless of how happy (or unhappy) your holiday season has been thus far, you can always look forward to some “Summertime Sadness.” Sad girl Lana Del Rey has announced her first leg of 2015 summer tour dates, some of which include the legendary Courtney Love as the opening act.
Appropriately, Lana leads off by announcing just West Coast dates, though a press release promises the eastern side of the U.S. will be addressed in a future tour announcement.
Tickets go on sale Dec. 6 through Live Nation’s official site and mobile app.
‘Big Eyes’: The Story Behind Lana Del Rey’s Stunning Secret Songs
Following the June 2014 release of Ultraviolence (which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 182,00 copies sold in its first week) Del Rey crafted two songs for Tim Burton’s forthcoming film Big Eyes (due Dec. 25): “Big Eyes,” which she co-wrote with Daniel Heath, and “I Can Fly,” which she co-wrote with Rick Nowels.
