Travis Scott and HVME’s “Goosebumps” glides to No. 1 on Billboard‘s Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart (dated Feb. 13). The first topper on the tally for both acts earned 7.6 million U.S. streams and sold 1,000 downloads in the week ending Feb. 4, according to MRC Data. “Goosebumps” also gathered 5.9 million in all-format airplay audience, up 49%, in the week ending Feb. 7.
The song stops the reign of surf mesa’s “ily,” featuring Emilee, after the latter led for 17 total weeks.
Elsewhere, “Goosebumps” rules the Dance/Electronic Streaming Songs chart for a third week, pushes 4-3 on Dance/Mix Show Airplay and improves 73-63 on the Billboard Hot 100. (It’s the composition’s second trip up the Hot 100, as Scott’s original, hit No. 32 in 2017.)
Additionally on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs, Clean Bandit collects its seventh top 10, and featured vocalist Iann Dior earns his first, as “Higher” debuts at No. 10. The track starts with 2.2 million U.S. streams, also good for a No. 19 bow on Dance/Electronic Streaming Songs. On the latter list, the track follows Clean Bandit’s sole leader, “Solo,” which spent three weeks at No. 1 in 2018.
Further on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs, Porter Robinson roars 40-12 with “Look at the Sky.” The track, from Robinson’s album Nurture, due April 23, scored 979,000 streams and sold 500 downloads in its first full tracking week of release. “Sky” ties Robinson’s best rank, equaling the No. 12 peaks of “Get Your Wish” (February 2020) and “Something Comforting” (March).
On Top Dance/Electronic Albums, Oil of Every Pearl’s Un-Insides by the late Sophie re-enters at No. 15. The artist and producer, who passed away Jan. 30, achieves a new career high with the position, as it previously reached No. 20 in its only other week on the chart, in June 2018. (Sophie’s other charted title, Product, hit No. 23 in 2015.) With 2,000 equivalent album units earned in the week ending Feb. 4 (up from a nominal amount), Oil‘s sum is Sophie’s best in a single week.
Meanwhile, on Dance/Mix Show Airplay, Oliver Heldens and Party Pupils parade 12-9 with “Set Me Free,” featuring MAX. The song is Heldens’ fourth top 10 on the survey, MAX’s third and Party Pupils’ first.
