All bets were off the table at John Legend‘s 40th birthday bash on Saturday night (Jan. 12).
The R&B crooner belatedly celebrated the big 4-0 at a casino-themed party where he was joined by his wife, Chrissy Teigen, and good friends Kanye West and Kim Kardashian.
“Casino Royale! Happy Birthday John!!!!” Kardashian captioned several photo of the foursome on Twitter Sunday morning.

Legend’s actual birthday was on Dec. 28, but Teigen waited to officially celebrate until after the family returned from their tropical vacation. Hours ahead of the party on Saturday, Teigen posted adorable photos of the couple’s young son, Miles, dressed in a tuxedo similar to his father’s.
“Okay guys. throwing john’s 40th birthday party tonight but need your help dressing mini-john. Which one!” she Tweeted, showing two photos of a dapper Miles modeling two different suits.
